The text above is taken from the beginning of Matthew chapter 28 verse 19, the portion of scripture commonly known as “The Great Commission”.
It is the instruction that Jesus gave to His disciples before His ascension to heaven.
In verse 20 Jesus also said that they should teach ALL the things that He had commanded them. The things that Jesus was referring to are recorded in the bible and it is imperative that you fully understand God’s word if you intend to one day make heaven your home.
